Seaside Travel owner, Nicola Park, Joined Hays Travel Independence Group in 2003 after setting up her North East-based business and opening her first shop.
Although a new entrepreneur, Nicola was not new to travel. She began her career in travel with First Choice holidays, reaching Regional Sales Manager role, then working in Hays Travel before taking the plunge and branching out on her own.
I am confident that whatever I ask of them it is done, and I am confident that they are looking out for me as a business.

Nicola’s one shop has grown to a miniple of eleven– soon to be twelve – branches, with a loyal customer base and huge social media following, who return to Seaside Travel again and again for their friendly and knowledgeable approach.
On her business Nicola said: “When my customers and employees think of Seaside Travel, I want them to think of it as a family. Our brand is everything and we use it on everything we put out. Its’s not just the brand though, customers know our faces and us personally. We thrive on our repeat business but always looking to grow. We have an annual plan, and we stick to it.”
